A production professional for 10 years, she perfectly understands the problems affecting the industry today.
Third Summit is pleased to welcome Taylor Donohue as its new Customer Success Specialist. Bringing 10 years of firsthand experience in the production industry, Donohue will spearhead numerous customer-focused strategies for Third Summit and grassroots user onboarding.
Donohue spent the last four years at The Female Quotient, a female-owned multi-disciplinary business that advances gender equality in the workplace, where she built the production department from the ground-up and helped grow the company’s social media audience to over 200,000 followers. Before that, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The George Washington University before following her creative passion and striking out as a professional freelancer in New York City, where she worked for various high-end brands across multiple industries.
“I am thrilled to bring my experience as a freelancer and production leader to Third Summit,” Donohue says. “I’ve seen firsthand how inefficient the production world can be, so I’m beyond excited to help solve those problems alongside this incredible team.”
Third Summit’s mission is to reduce the friction currently bogging down brands, studios, agencies and the estimated 4.1 million production freelancers currently working in the U.S. Its flagship platform, Alteon, uses cutting-edge technology to match clients with creators, while providing a single cloud-based media storage and payment solution for both parties.
To fill the role of Customer Success Specialist, Third Summit’s leadership wanted someone who deeply understood the industry from a creative perspective. To that end, Donohue will head up community-focused digital content projects, including instructive weekly webinars and in-house marketing production.
“Taylor is going to be filling a pivotal role in our organization,” said Matt Cimaglia, co-founder and CEO of Third Summit. “We needed someone experienced, sharp and articulate who could help our users get the most out of Alteon. When we met Taylor, it was obvious that she understood exactly what we’re trying to accomplish. Beyond her credentials, she also brings a much-needed diverse perspective that will help guide our company moving forward.”
Alteon is scheduled to launch in spring 2020. For more, visit alteon.io.
